@Nightstalker314 It's the only raid there is. There is a 24 lfg raid, but that's a joke with crap equipment, though Square still forces in player even into super old and just not working raids anymore, because you get weekyl marks for it or you need to run it dozens of times for materials or some event. It's like Blizzard forcing you to grind some normal dungeon from x expansions ago for current equipment or events.

Game also forces you into all the facerool raids and trials all the time, and I'm pretty sure that these guys don't differ between actual challengin raid level like savage upwards and all the faceroll nonsense that is LFG level and Square forces you in for pretty much everything, even the raids from 2013/14, while they never gave a fuck to actually make them work for that, you just completely stomp them, ignoring all mechanics. But people still make parses from these, what includes parses from and for everyone in it, even if the don't run any themselves.

Or easier answer: FF14 is more casual and even the challenging raids not about skill, just about to have a brain willing to do the same scripted fight over and over again, until you learn the safe points.

@MuDkipzCHancelLOr You do get, that you can WoW raid also with 10 people for example? If you come up with Mytic, well yuo got ONE Mythic level fight every year or so in FF14 and doing it with friends won't get you far, since it's a "simon says" nightmare of a 99% scripted dance of one shot mechanics, that would by the way utterly ruined by any help programm, that simply tells you where to stand, because that's pretty much the only challenge it got, to find that 1% of the arena you are save in and then go from point to point. What makes clears of that modus look astonishingly boring.

FF14 raids are fucking boring and storywise a complete failure. They just got worse and worse and worse, because Square is Square = fucking lazy and greedy and simlpy wants to spend as little as possible on FF14 while trying to still make a lot of money. That's why they lured in WoW influencer, so the sheeps follow them, after many actual FF14 player since left that shitshow.

You can do WoW raids with 10 people. The 20+ are for mythic and FF14 got borderline no mythic fights to begin with.

They likely also push everything into that number, even LFG 'raids' which are a joke and of course the trials, which are also a joke and not compareable to an actual raid. Overall Square got so freaking Lazy with raids, that most of them are just boss fights, that's it and always in the same kind of arena, never anyything special beside visual effects.

I played FFXIV since start and it SUCKS meanwhile, brutally. Square ruined it with its greed and laziness and then lured in some influencer to push it a little, luring in replacement for all the old players who left that shit hole. Those praised the game for utterly outdated content that no one gave a fuck anymore, simply because they came in a decade late and sold content from the garbage as current game. Nice trick, brought them in some money - most by the way left meanwhile, reaching the endgame and oops, there is shit to do and it's getting fucking boring, while they force you to stay subbed to not lose your housing. I can't imagine how the WoW players would freak out, when Blizzard would delete their stuff when they take a break from the game. That's what Square does. One of the most money grab company on this planet.
