@jamestomlin5525 I know these 'studies'. They got the same problem as those around sweeteners: they use animals and it's simply about taste. Animal - like use - like the sweet taste and they don't 'think' about it, like we do. There were also studies trying to link pig food and sweeteners to becoming fat, but the sweetener was simply put in there because pigs liked the taste more, there wa not chemical reason from the sweetener to make pigs fat. That's not what the addiction of drugs is about. We got a system in our brain that rewards certain things and that can make you 'addicted' to per se anything. When it comes to drugs: those take control over that system and force you into addiction. That's what getting rid of certain drug addiction is way more than just "Do I have the will for it", it's torture for your body, because your body became addicted, not just you, because you like your tea sweet.

@jamestomlin5525 Many people live like that. In what way do you mean completely? No glucose at all? You do get, that this would kill you?
