Just saw him, who laughes about that, compare Lost Ark and WoW regarding the siege scene. "I GET SOOOO ANGRY, because Undercity could have been like this! Because Siege on Ogrimmar could have been like this." No, it couldn't. Lost Ark system is an on going power fantasy, where you as single person just slaughter through endless army of creeps like Sauron. It's pure rule of cool and as shallow as it can get - what is fine, but story wise it's dumb. That was no siege. That was you being god and coming down to just slaughter everyone. I get, that people like that and why they like that, but it's clear that WoW (and others) are not going that way of catering to the powerfantasy of being the invincible murder hobo.
