Feels like Saurfang and his father are with the light, repeating this line of him "the light is with me, even here." Or maybe it was them all along the whole time, especially Varin of course. Arthas' deeds were his own, including to become the Lich King. He was never forced or dominated, though you can't take blame from him. They still forgive him a lot, but it's not like there was any sign of him to stop. His goal was to swarm the world with undeads and murder everyone. There was no higher goal behind that (like Sylvanas got) beyond the same level as Sargeras maybe.
