  1. It's relaxed work atmosphere vs you do you job, don't talk, don't listen to musik, no jokes, no fun. Yeah, the "highschooler" atmosphere (what should by the way not used as an insult, wtf?) is simply much more healthier long term, as long as it does not lead to people simply not doing their job anymore. But overall: I saw enough 'serious' officers, where people just did shit, wered bored out, burned out - so that's not really the point.
