The provocation is US fascism after they tried to genocide North Korea 70 years ago (after installing a murderous fascists in the south who mass murdered tenthousands of innocent civilians BEFORE the war, not even starting with all the shit he did during it) still standing there with a full army, waiting to finish the job. Because North Korea remembers well when US fascism ripped Korea apart, installed a mass murderous dictator in the south and then committed a brutal gencocide against North Korea when they tried to stop that monster, destroying 18 of 24 cities completely with hundredthousands of bombs and 30.000 tons of Napalm, slaughtering hundredthousands of civilians with the plan to murder all of them, only stoppped by China. So guess why North Korea is freaked out by US fascism still sitting there with its bloody claws and fangs.
