Commando tactic, quite useful in city fights. You of course need high skill for that and the technological advantage over the enemy. Can't do much if Ukraine would have at least surveillanyce control over their areas. Just saw a ToS-1 attacks close to Kherson. Soldier said, the target is around 5km away. At that pretty short distance (a drone is normally able to see 6-8 times that far and they weren't hiden, they stood right on the street a bit behind a hill, that's it, but that wouldn't be enough for drone coverag or alike) they weer able to make a test strike, wait for the impact and the information of their drones, then adjust and fire a salve to destroy the target and weren't exactly in a hurry to escape. some minutes later there were some strikes in the aree where they had been, but overall it was obvious that they know: a) That Ukraine got no surveillance over the area even so close to them. b) How long it takes for them to counter after they fired. This tells a lot of how advance their own surveillance is - which overall had their target all the time in check and could instantly tell them how to adjust the strike for a direct hit.
