  1. It's a patrol boat. If you look at the fleet, all the real warships are undamage. It overall shows that NATO can try all their terrorist tactics as they like, they are unable to even damage the not even very important Black Sea Fleet in a real way. They go after low value targets for PR, because they can't do anything else.
