US fascism wants to provoke a war of NATO against Russia in which Russia is seen as the bad guy world wide, so it will quickly give up and not use nukes. That's the whole idea regarding all these provocation and further escalation. Russia knows that of course. Arming Iran to strike US ships for example would only give the USA what they want.
