  3. IMO that leak is a cheap PR trick. They use the real Russian numbers to make it sound legit, but then come up with very low losses on Ukrainian side, plus the idea that a big an heavily armed army is waiting to attack. The idea is likely to trick Russia into thinking that big reserves are still hidden somewhere, plus sowing chaons in the ranks, by giving the idea that all of the military reports are just lies. It's of course extremely unlikely that this will work, since Russia does not need such leaks at all.
