  1. It's mainly about North Korea having so many shells which will never be needed, so you just use something that would be thrown away else. And of course North Korea gets more from having bigger powers protecting it against US fascism.

  2.  @TMHYAH7  Ukraine is becoming a hole in the ground thanks to the support of NATO. Else they would just have given up and wouldn't be ultra bankrupt with hundredthousands of lost lives.
