If that ship was true, it would be the first actual warship and not even a big one. The whole thin feels like bait, because why would you put a single warship there?

@havanasyndrome3024 Without NATO money Ukraine would simply cease to exist at this point, unable to even pay wages. Then Russia can just take whatever it wants.
