  2. One of the reason why you send men in and not women is, that you tell the men that they fight and die for the women (and children). When you start to send in women, too, you need a very good reason for it, like 2.WW, when the Nazi army was indeed just all about the genocide of everyone anyway. Else this can be quickly devastating for the moral, because even those stupid enough to fall for all the other lies will quickly ask themselves, for what exactly they are fighting and dying for now.
