  1. Russia can't lie about the losses. The whole idea about wrong numbers is build upon the idea, that Russia is just buring soldiers or let them rot there and then tell the families "lol, sorry, we lost your son somewhere" It's absurd to even think that. Look at May 9th in Russia. The army is somehow sacred in Russia, since it saved the country against the Nazis and this includes the soldiers. The idea, that they would tell absurd lies to the mother of a soldier is simply absurd.
