Either you got a well working army where all the parts work together what includes all range and heights (especially air, when you don't dominate air, you are pretty much fucked anyway - even more because this also includes long range missile defense) - or not. Those weapons would have a strong impact - against the usual enemies of NATO = people who mostly got rifles and some short range RPGs and mortars and alike = can't fight back.

  2. IRIS-T? Those are Air-Air missiles for western jets. What shall Ukraine do with that, even if they would have some Jets left (and those be able to get close enough to a Russian air target to fire those).

  3. NATO is used to slaughter helpless victims. No surprise they got not clue how to fight someone who isn't defenseless.
