Problem in modern warfare is: when you throw more people into a kill zone - you mainly have more people dying there. Does't help to just send in more infanterie. This said, it's not like they have much left to build up an offense that could work. Their stupid PR offenses ruined the 'chances' they got for anything meaningful. They should simply give up to not ruin their country and people any further. Of course they won't do that...
