  1. That's just money laundring and they likely sell it for 2-10times the prize on top, since the NATO governments will throw money at it without care, as usual. Meanwhile what could these things produce? Maybe drone parts. Nothing such a portable 3d princer produces could survive any real military hardware.

  2. That's what our money already is. So they rarely even care to print it, most of it is just an arbitrary number on a hard drive.
