  1. It's a lie anyway. Europe got near to no resources. USA has much more resources, but most left is timber and coal, so at best enough to run a steampunk empire. Russia got by far the most resources on this planet. Since CENTURIES all the war involving Russia and Soviet Union are SOLELY about robbing these resources while Russia itself got ZERO interestin in Europe. For what?
