  1. That's too simple. A corrupt goverment is a problem. You do get, who buys corrupt goverments? The people who would still if not even have more power if you get rid of the government. A government can stand for many things, for example the power of the people. Those who want a weak government, espeially in democratic times, are the ones who actually want to rule. They want a weak government, becaue they can easily abuse it for their own gains. Of course a strong government can also be a problem, if run by just such people. Again: the sentence is simply way too simple and by that just wrong.
