I only see hate against supplements with shady arguments.
1. You can just eat the right food. - Duh! Of course when you already get it elsewhere, you don't need it. That's like telling a thirsty person, they don't need that water if they would have drunk enough before.
2. Expensive. - Really? When I look at the supplements, they are all incredible cheap and could even be cheaper, because most of them are not really hard to produce. When I look at how much you have to pay for "eating right", that's a hell lot more.
If they don't work, if the vitamins and minerals aren't really inside, well, then go directly at the producer of them for fraud.
And sorry: "pro vitamin agenda"? That the body needs those vitamins and minerals to funktion is a scientific fact. Of course it is all about balance. But when you eat too much fruits, you got the same problem, plus likely even more, since you inhaled a hell lot of sugar with them.
