@perfectchaos5721 Many women never have period cramps. ~shrug~ Many people never have kidney stones. The real joke about this whole "pain" show is, that you could focus on making periods less painful and there are quite some methods for it. Instead of making a stupid horror show out of it, and guess what: that makes the pain worse.

@aurelie8220 You do get that you can at best talk about your own period, right? And that for understanding them and for example working on making them better and less painful, you have to study them, what men can do the same way as women. A big part of women never go period cramps. So obviously it's als normal to have no pain at all. So instead of focussin on the worth and make some sick horror show out of it, better focus on how the women with much pain can have the same periods as those without pain. But that would be helpful, god forbid.

Going be genetics there are some, since you got a few hundredtousand or more genetical males who still developed a female body. While this often goes with infertility, because the gonads (from which testicles or ovaries are forme, they got the same source) in most time don't form the right way, everything else including a working uterus is still there so with some medical help they can indeed carry and bear a child, while being genetical male. Men got the whole genetical plan of a femakle in their DNA. that one X chromsom is enough for that, the second one is just backup. That's why you also have women with one chromosome less, only one instead of two X chromosomes, just as another example. While not perfect, this still is enough to form a fully functional human.
