@ronjames9759 Radical leftism by definiton = following the general human rights. The general human right are radical (=rooting in) left (=all humans are equal in worth and right). That's what it LITERALLY MEANS. To call the USSR left or radical left would mean, that you say it ot no powerhierarchy and the cause of everything bad there was that they followed general human rights. But I guess, as most do, you think that lefts stands for a strong state vs right standing for a weak state. What makes no sense.

Hitler was super mega ultra far right, Stalin and Mao as quite despotic leaders were also not left, but right wing (far less than Hitler, though and with quite some reason on their side, seeing their countries being victims of brutal genocide and even afterwards threatened, even today). It seems you got zero clue what left and right even means. "Mao Zedong, verbally labeled the "Farmer" as obsolete." What would make him a rightist = elitist, since a leftist = someon who follows the idea tha all humans are equal in right and worth wouldn't be allowe to say that, child.

@asphodel9263 Those famines were caused by a) a mixture of natural and human problems b) NOT following social/communstic order, so food wasn't spread equally enough out of endless reasons (none of them systematic), so you got people who got enough to eat at the cost of others. So the cause that was avoidable was right wing, not left wing.

Stalin wasn't a leftist. Those he put into prison for political reasons (and the numbers are ridiculousyl blown up and make zero sense) were mainly leftists. And the dead in China weren't some plan. China had endless of famines. You know by what this was stopped? The culture revoultion. No famine afterwards. You people likely got zero clue of China and what it went through at this time. Pretty sure you for example don't care what Japan did there in 2.WW.

Center is a PR word for right, that was used by the right to distance themselves from all the right wing crimes and at the same time smear both "right" and "left" as unacceptable extremes. So they whitewashed themselves, than pushed human and worker rights (= what 'left' actually means) into the shit they just washed off. Thankfully most peopel are stupid enough to eat that, what made it very succesful. Good for the guys who don't human and worker rights...

Our western media is far right. It's controlled by oligarchs, who use this to stay in power and get richer, so what "right" actually means. What they do want the slaves to belief is: a) that they are the center/neutral/the only good and that both right and left are extremes at the sides. b) That following both is bad for you, so while you shouldn't be racist (like them, since the constantly use fearmongering as a tool of manipulation in endless ways), you are just as bad (actually even worse of course) if you got the idea that you, as a stupid little slave, are an equal to them and should have the same worth and rights. Overall, just don't think too much, let them tell you what to do and follow, like a good little slave.

Famines and genocide are two utterly different thing, and the culture revolution STOPPED famines, which haunted China over the centuries. It's also stupid to call Mao a leftist, you do get that by calling him a leftists you say that he was not despotic, because despotism is by the very definition of the words right wing = elitist.

Let's say an extreme of leftism could mean, that someone uses brutal force to go against those who try to abolish human and worker rights or - if those are not really implemented yet (like in most countries on this planet, including the west) to use brutal force to reach that point by for example killing all rich people, but with a leftist goal. So the methods would be right wing (= denying the victims their human rights), but since the goal is left wing you COULD argue, that they are somehow still leftists. Meanwhile right wing on its own does never have that moral problem. The very definition of rightism = elitism means, that the elite got more worth and rights then the lower classes, which can of course easily go to not having any rights at all, including to live. Rightism got no prob with that and the extreme it gets, the more it simply enslaves or mass murders. So in the worst case of leftism the evil stuff is a tool. Meanwhile in rightism the evil stuff is the goal...

Actually, the only real definition of conservatism is as old as left and right. The consevatives where the guys who wanted to keep the old class system of king, aristocrats, bourgeoisie and the ~90% plebs. And no, they don't see themselves as the worthless plebs...
