  1. Of course there is no finger pointing, it's absolutely one sided. And Yeltsin Russia was pretty much a dying animal (with nukes, though).

  2. Where do you see quality here? It's absolutely one sided, starting with that NATO is sold as a defense alliance, what it never was and never will be. The main difference is, that Yeltsin Russia was pretty much the weakest Russia in the last few hundred years, so they did not go nuts with their fearmongering..
