Hell, even when you don't lie 100%, you still talk 50+% Bullshit.
There was no collapse. Kharkiv was give up, because it was no focus. Shortening the frontline is the very first thing when you go into a defensive war, beause the longer the more wrinkled a frontline is, the worse the position and the logistics to keep it up.
That's not even fancy strategy, that's the basics.
And Kherson city was given up, because the Banderites/NATO started to bombard the dam. This was a high risk scenario, which wasn't acceptable anymore and the civilians had to be evacuated with that. After that, there was no reason left to not make the disadvantaged position with a river in their back an advantaged position with the river in front of them as a barrier.
If Ukraine would have dominated a single time in this war in any way, they wouldn't have lost Mariupol, they wouldn't have lost Bakhmut and in contrary would have taken Donezk city at least, directly in front of them and their strongest fortification.
