  1. How should this work? Every terror attack against some random buildings just shows, that the Nazis must be crushed. At best the Russian will see, that all their holding back doesn't lead anywhere, since the Nazis will burn their country and its citizens down anyway, so Russia will stop and do the Grozny solution instead: just flatten it and build it up again afterwards.
