That "coup" in germany sounds like some people out of the madhouse planing this. Reichsbürger are pretty oddballs, but the idea that there really was the danger of an actual coup is of course bullocks. This said: crazy people CAN be dangerous of course and cause damage and death, even if their ideas make no sense (just look at the EU for example or NATO or the coup regime in Ukraine...). It seems more like a try to push the old propaganda of "Russia tries to sow Chaos in the west via right wing etremists". There was an older story, that Russia shall have bought an AfD member of the german parliament and media made it a big deal. Of course it simply made no sense for Russia to buy some guy in the back rows for... yeah, for what? Buying politicians is a big thing in germany, it's nicely legalized in many ways, but to buy someone of an opposition party who just simply plays no role at all makes no sense and if you want insight, you could just watch the parliament or let someone get hired there as secretary or alike.
