  1. Truce only works when both side accept it. Since the Nazi regime instanly said no, there simlpy was none. At best Russia decreased some of the far range attacks, but of course it can't just stop the actions at the frontline, when the other side fights on. Not reason to even try, even more because it would be a high risk to get attacked if you do that one sided.
    40
