A very old ship with no importance in the SMO, borderline no offensive quality and also withotu any other meaning beside an historical and emotional one. Overall with Crimea around and how Russian militar technic works, Russia does not even need the missile ships, since they can easily use ground based launchers too to fire these missiles. There was not other attack like that so if it was Ukraine, they wasted that one shot they got on an almost half a century old ship that was borderline out of comission anyway.
