Jamming would be about signals coming from the outside. Just because the drone got some internal parameters running doesn't mean, that you can jam those. Overall, taking a normal computer, the only way to 100% secure a computer from being hacked is to simply allow no input at all - what is also likely the way to go with cheap drones. Since they are used against non moving targets, there are other ways to ensure, that they follow the pass without th need of any input from the outside, that could be changed, interrupted or even abused to take over.

You know how the western allies fought the Nazis, while 80% of the army was already detroyed? By just burning cities to the ground. A crashing plane is a crashing plane. Accidents happens all the time. You know how many peopl eare killed by alcohol and smoking? You know how many people are shot in the USA every single day? You know how many people the Nazis murdered in Ukraine and how many more they wanted to murder?

Since they don't want to take middle and western Ukraine, that's not the point. They don't want civilians to suffer, that's all. Even now. They could just shut down Ukraine completely, with ease. It's STILL just a warning.

30% can be righti. I don't think that Russia is "testing for weakness", since what do you want to test there? The weakness of the electric infrastructure is absolute obvious. It's more that it's still a warning. If they take out 90%, you would have pure chaos in Ukraine and everything would collapse. While this of course would include the military, it would be terrible for all civlians. Russia does not want that. It can be, that the Nazis and their NATO master push the conflict to that point, but Russia doesn't want it. If they couldn't care, the would have done that day 1.
