  1. Imho the Si really should have the Type R 2.0T detuned to like 230-250 hp to compete more directly with the GTI, but maintain the <=$30k price tag...for something with about this much power, I think I’d rather have a Veloster R-Spec. Also, is it just me or is that beep at redline annoying af?

  2. Luis Ramirez I have a hard time buying the “reliability” argument. If the 2.0T is already pumping out ~300 hp in the Type R and ~250 hp in the Accord, then 230 hp seems like a pretty conservative output for that engine. I guess my big issue is yeah, you get the LSD and active dampers and stuff, but I just don’t see enough to justify the upgrade over a Sport hatch...
