  2. Luxury nowadays is tech, sadly (imo) :( It’s less and less about leather, wood, and metal, which puts Mercedes in quite a sticky position. But since automakers do nothing but chase trends and copy each other nowadays, can’t say I’m surprised that the new S Class looks the way it does. I think the current S Class strikes a really really nice balance between traditional luxury lavishness/opulence and cutting edge tech. Next gen S Class looks to be too much of the latter in my opinion.
