  1. I had a similar work situation. This other lifeguard/swim teacher had a Lambo phone case and just started talking cars with him on our off rotation. We were both driving our families’ old first gen MDX’s then.

  2. Also get into some FB groups! Some can get nasty and toxic and aren’t worth your time, but most are full of nice people who want to hang out and make car friends, tho obviously use your internet instincts. Been using that to find C&C’s here in Seattle and I’ve even gone to a few just by myself to meet and talk to people. It can feel awkward at first but there’s bound to be at least one person you strike up a good conversation with.
