  1. Good to see Ford’s made some worthwhile improvements here. The launch of this gen Explorer had lots of issues from what I remember. I’ve also got to say - I think you’ve developed a remarkable and difficult-to-hone quality as a car reviewer. I think it’s very easy for such an “everyday,” “average buyer” perspective of review to come across as shallow or superficial or lacking in depth, but you manage to do it in a way that incorporates plenty of expertise of the industry and segments of the market that provides a lot of valuable supporting analysis of your thoughts. Some reviewers I feel like swing to opposite sides of this pendulum, but you’re in a very nice spot in the middle that makes the videos very enjoyable to watch, just as much for everyday shoppers as for nerds like us lol
