  1. Wow it didn’t even catch fire! Jk jk. I can appreciate the Grand Cherokee L as a compelling entry in this segment, but I think this particular trim level makes no sense. Just get a Limited or an Overland if you really gotta have the 5.7. And while I like the physical interior controls and improved materials, I think Jeep’s next step should be stepping up the build quality along with that. Definitely the strongest of the American entries in this segment, but wouldn’t be my personal choice.
