  30. The West continues to let putin have his way with Ukraine. The West seems to want putin to have his cake (the Donbas) and eat it too (the 4 annexed Oblasts). Forced negotiated settlement because of the bottleneck of the required military hardware to win back the territory putin stole from Ukraine. Shame and disgust.
