  1. Better to stay in prison and its routine than to get frostbite and trenchfoot in Ukraine. I'd take those extra years because WAR is traumatic.

  5. Putin can sign all the laws he wants but it seems obvious that, by emptying the prisons in such a manner, the rule of law doesn't exist in ruzzia.
