  1. unrealturbos ahead of China? The entire 20th century I would guess. Btw, the video talks about bringing this technology "to the West", suggesting they're ahead of the other Western countries as well.

  3. +unrealturbos According to Wikipedia, China's first Nuclear power plant became operational in 1990. The first one of the UK became operational in 1956. My guess is that after decades of negative public opinion on nuclear energy, Western countries have stopped building new power plants, which caused our technological lead to stall.
