  2. Alex Redstone Euronews does not restrict itself to news that happen within the EU/Eurozone/Europe. They cover news all around the globe, even news that doesn't directly affect Europeans.

Alex Redstone You made it out as evidence of some obsession unique to Euronews, yet as I told you, many news media thought it was newsworthy, including the Russian news agency that originally reported it. If it's a dog-bites-man story, then everyone else is just as guilty of reporting on it. Also, it's not a 'this or that' thing, they can report on both.
