  2. There is a difference in degree here. For example. the "Anti-Defamation League" (ADL) has a map that shows the pervasiveness of antisemitism around the world and while most places in the world this is around 10-20%, in Islamic countries it's over 70%. Pew research did a similar research that found the same results. So I think your "whataboutism" is misplaced here.
