  2. Did a cursory search for it. For example, on August 27th, 2015, the Washington Journal writes, "Final Report on Downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 Due October". However, the intervention by Russia started a month later, on September 30th, 2015. So it should be obvious that the release of the final report is unrelated to Russia's military intervention in Syria.
