Not sure where you got that number from. The direst prediction I've heard is that in the coming 3 decades, the African population living in Europe will rise to about 150 million. IIRC it's about 10 million now.

@hendrikdependrik1891 It's a prediction by Stephen Smith, who is a professor of African studies at Duke University. To quote him from his article, 'the scramble for Europe', he writes: "At the end of a sustained African migratory wave, Europe’s population would include some 150 to 200 million African-Europeans, both immigrants and their children, compared with just nine million today." Of course, we don't know if this will become a reality until it does, but seeing how spineless our European leaders I wouldn't discount a scenario whee we really end up close to such a number.
