  1. I watched a stream of this with a panel of about 8 lawyers and prosecutors and they all agreed with the judge.

  3. This was the 2nd infraction by the prosecutor, that was preceded by an even more serious one.

  4. The trial where there was this accusation of bias with the jury selection is the trial about Ahmaud Arbery's death. So a different judge.
