I've been following this trial through a stream with 5-10 lawyers commentating and from them my impression is that the judge could've declared a mistrial with prejudice already if he wanted Kyle to go free. Apparently the prosecutor made a grave error bringing up that Rittenhouse at a point did not talk to the police. But the judge didn't.
