  7. I think there is water in Crimea for the population (there was before the bridge was constructed and after the canal was closed after 2014 hybrid attack) but not for tourist industry and agriculture activities, nor expanded Russian military bases personnel.

Macgregor has been announcing Ukrainian defeat since the beginning, despite anything what's going on in Ukraine band in the world. His military career is gone long time ago, and he's not up to date (at least he says things that indicate so).
