I realise someone may imagine that 'somewhere else' life is better, but in terms of corruption changing Ukraine for Russia wouldn't help, it not harmed. Your friends in Russia could confirm. BTW, anyone of them has/uses a car? Must have noticed fuel prices rising. But vegetables are cheaper, they say. I don't know whether this is the case in Crimea, thou. I read in Murmansk area oil used for heating is 3 to 4 times expensive- how is it possible ? So it looks much depends on the perspective . As it comes to mobilisation in Russia, it's officially partial, but hasn't stopped and continues 'in a silent way'.
