Thanks to military sector spendings - but it inflates GDP index (and pockets of some) and in fact eg multi billion ruble fortifications (not even made correctly) will not contribute to the economy. You say Russia produce what they need, but in general it is not true - we see older snd older equipment being sent to the front.

  30. I disagree (mostly) - I think it is important to Russia (Putin), after waiting it went through Duma parlament . Ukrainian army is stronger than it was before and aided by other countries. The infrastructure is destroyed, but can be rebuilt and contracts are being prepared. Russia's economy on the other hand, although not under bombs, is being destroyed in a way that is irreversible - and it is Putin's responsibility, like lost reputation. Russia has no friends, some countries prefer to side with Russia against US, but I can't see any alliance of help. Central Asia countries, before on Russian orbit, are turning to China...

  58. Well, Sevastopol is not "their port", Russia was renting it. The border with NATO member countries is now even longer as a result of this war and Putin swallowed joining NATO by Finland with no problem.

I'll ask instead where Russia sold oil this year, for what price and how much amount (perhaps the ministers worry for nothing and have headaches because they don't know that news 😆) Also, can you explain how is possible the scenario where Russia sold with no discount (market price) and the middle country could have it's share (selling for market price, I suppose) ? and who paid x2 the transport, insurance etc? It doesn't add up, or rather adds up too much over the market price.
