Other countries provided vital and modern equipment eg Storm Shadow missiles from the UK, some smaller contributors were much quicker ( the Baltic countries, Bulgaria, Poland , other countries from the region, the Scandinavians , Finns ...) France and Germany, although hesitant, especially at the beginning, also made steps ahead eg the tanks, Iris T air defence ...

At least so called 'red lines' are being crossed one after another - first heavy weapons , then 'lethal' ones, mlrs, tanks, Western tanks, planes (helicopters), ...
