  11. How did you get to such claim? It's contradictory per se, also old equipment which is mostly delivered doesn't give benefits to its producer and doesn't need testing either.

And again, as long as I agree (a lot of) information is available for the intel, armies, staffs, etc the models delivered (mostly) aren't those that the donors are using, it goes for Leopards, Challies, Abrams etc. Cold War (1) era ended 30 years ago.

"Pumped up" ? 600 vehicles altogether: repaired some damaged ones, some new ones, refurbished old ones from storage - not only tanks: SPGs , IFVs, etc. Losses of Russian tanks only: 2000+. So far, Ukrainian losses were replaced in 100% (a bit more, actually) repaired, delivered by allies, captured.
