@williamwaters4506 You probably realize that the title cannot absorb all the details of the presentation - it's not about potential(numbers), but what is in fact available and what is going to be needed in the nearest future.
Of the millions of the population far not all can serve as soldiers,
of these that could - it takes time and resources to prepare / train them (those who were supposed to be the trainers, NCOs, are mostly at the front, those that aren't dead)
Then you need to incorporate the freshly trained to the units (again, resources, supplies, logistics)
You cannot however- even if you had unlimited resources - get specialists*, least the *officers to command any new unit in question of months ...
You could send the mobilised to grind, but it isn't a solution...
