  19. О, да. Вроде в середине 00х с бухлом на улице строго стало. Помню как резко праздник дня города изменился у нас после этого, сразу народа стало в два раза меньше и из веселого действа с разными концертами, в том числе рок и панк, все превратилось в какую-то унылую дичь. Чуть позже еще появился театр безопасности с заборами, рамками и полицейскими через каждые два метра и все стало походить на прогулку по тюремному дворику под народные хоры с бабками и казаками.

За центром вообще пц в плане архитектуры, какая-та азиатщина(окно в европу, лол). Следил лет 15 за деятельностью одного проекта градозащитного и полностью из-за этого город разлюбил, кроме редких активистов никому дела не было до разрушения города. Зато каждый второй кричит о том, как он Питер любит и т.п.
